Gravity is an Australian design and innovation consulting firm with a vision for disrupting the traditional consulting domain. We are powered by our Innovation Lab, where we challenge established ways of addressing business complexity through business design, service design, and product design. StrategyDotZero is Gravity’s proprietary platform intended to disrupt the way strategy is designed and executed across organisations. StrategyDotZero is a cloud-based application that takes a systemic and collaborative approach to strategy design and execution focussed on strategic alignment, capability improvement, and enterprise business performance management. With an increasing number of projects in the adoption stage, the SDZ implementation team is seeking to engage a Senior Product Analyst for our Bangalore office.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- 4+ years of experience
- Strong understanding of C# and object-oriented programming
- Strong understanding of RESTFUL design and Open API 3.0
- Good understanding of HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript and LESS or SASS
- Experience and understanding of Document Databases
- Good understanding of advanced JavaScript libraries and frameworks, such a jQuery AngularJS
- Strong experience with TDD or BDD testing automated testing and framework
PREFERRED SKILLS:
- Ability to clearly communicate ideas and opinions
- Ability to innovate, identify opportunities and alternate ways of doing things
- Experience in building secure web applications
- Understanding of using graphical libraries such as D3JS, ThreeJS, RaphaelJS, or similar in building rich SVG graphical user interfaces.
- Good understanding of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, and AJAX
- Working with Agile teams and methodologies
- Basic understanding of Version control using GIT

We are currently recruiting for our flagship Product StrategyDotZ-a next-generation enterprise platform that leverages next-generation technologies and interactive experiences to bring strategies to life. It is built on a Strategy Execution Framework that integrates key disciplines of strategy execution, governance, and performance management across the organization to enable a more dynamic and interactive approach to enterprise strategy execution. With increasing number of projects in the adoption stage, the SDZ implementation team is seeking to engage a Senior Tech Lead who has broad experience designing and building applications on Microsoft Azure. Based in Bangalore you will lead, inspire, and inform the development of a complex client-facing cloud platform StrategyDotZero. This is an important Leadership role, with the opportunity to engage with an international clientele and diverse service lines and delivery teams. You should have amazing interpersonal skills and a high EQ.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Responsible for ongoing design and development of new product/software
- Proven experience with delivering and deploying multi tenanted SaaS based solutions on Microsoft Azure.
- Hands on demonstrated experience with the Microsoft Technology Stack ( MVC 5/6,ASP.NET ,ASP>NET Core, ADO.NET, MVVM, WebAPI, Angular , Restful Services, SQL Server,Microsoft Azure)
- Strong fundamentals and understanding of various Azure based offerings
- Experience with Active Directory Integration using Azure AD, ADFS and OpenID connect
- Experience handling large code base across geography, across modules and clients through effective source code management systems like GIT, TFS or similar
- Experience with programming Azure Web Jobs or Background jobs using Hangfire or similar.
- Basic or practical experience in programming bots and utilizing machine learning concepts.
- Strong understanding of C# and object-oriented programming concepts
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript and emerging frameworks
- Ability to create, manage and monitor databases using MS SQL or similar
- Knowledge of reporting/analytical tools such as Telerik Reports, SSRS, Tableau, PowerBI or similar
- Experience with cross-platform app development and demonstrated deploying apps across IOS, Android, and Windows devices.
- Ability to think and apply software design patterns and its principles in architecting the solution design
- Team player-ability to manage and mentor teams while working hands-on
- Flexible-open to new ideas and can handle ambiguity
